Nice two-story duplex at the end of a cul-de-sac. Each side has a garage and a large fenced backyard. The tenant in unit A is vacating 5-31-22. The rent for unit B will increase to $1,750 on 6-1-22. I'm told the market rate should be $2,000 per side. We have added ductless to both sides on the main floor and a hybrid water heater on one side. All windows have been replaced with new vinyl and most of the flooring has been upgraded. The non-vacating tenant has erected a patio cover and storage shed that do not belong to the property.
